Ingredients:
240 grams mashed banana
120 grams almond butter (or substitute with peanut butter, cashew butter, or another nut butter)
30 grams cocoa powder
60 grams protein powder


Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line an 20 x 20 cm pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a high-speed blender or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend or mix until smooth.
Transfer the brownie batter to the lined pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are firm.
Remove from the oven and gently press down on the tops to create a crackly surface. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
