Born in the Showa Era, but thanks to weight training, I still look youthful! I'm Nadimiko, and I’m passionate about helping women over 50 become stronger, more beautiful, and more confident through the power of weight training.

Honestly, I've never really worried about aging. I’ve been doing weight training for over 10 years, and I believe age is just a number. How you age is in your hands. Through weight training, I’ve experienced this firsthand, and I want to share that knowledge with other women.

In Japan, people start calling women "obasan" once they hit their 30s, which I find absolutely ridiculous. Age doesn’t define us! We have the power to stay fit, strong, and beautiful at any age. Weight training is the best way to unlock that power, and I believe it’s the key to feeling great.

I’ve lived in Japan for over 10 years, and I’ve worked as a consultant for 6 years, meeting and helping hundreds of people along the way. As a trilingual, I’m also excited to share not only Japanese insights but also global knowledge and trends on health, fitness, and wellness.
