Ingredients
120g pancake mix (your choice of brand)
1 scoop (30g) Protein Powder (Vanilla flavor recommended)
180ml Milk (or Soya Milk, Amond Mild, etc.)


Instructions:
Combine the pancake mix and protein powder in a bowl, then gradually add the milk, adjusting the amount if necessary depending on the protein powder used.
Mix until just combined, ensuring there are no significant lumps. Avoid overmixing to prevent the pancakes from becoming flat.
Spray a pan or griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high. You may need to experiment to find the ideal setting for your stove.
Pour the batter into the pan in 1/4 cup amounts, starting from the center to create even circles.
Allow to cook for approximately 2 minutes, then check for a golden brown ring forming around the edges before flipping. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully done.
Serve with butter, syrup, and any toppings of your choice.
