Ingredients:
  • 3 large egg whites

  • 30 grams protein powder or egg white powder

  • Optional: 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Toppings: Pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, shredded mozzarella, sausage etc.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with non-stick spray. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

  3. Mix in the protein powder until well combined. Add the Italian seasoning if desired.

  4. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking dish and shape it into a 23 cm diameter round.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven, add the toppings, and broil for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
