Protein Waffle
This recipe for light low-carb protein waffles is the perfect breakfast or snack.
It can be challenging to get enough protein in your diet. These high-protein waffles are a triple win with just three ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 scoop of your preferred protein powder
1 egg or 20 g of egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
Water, enough to reach your desired consistency (I typically use 3 tablespoons)


Instructions:
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a small bowl, combine protein powder, egg, and baking powder.
Add water until the batter reaches your desired consistency.
Spray both sides of the waffle maker with cooking oil.
Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook according to your manufacturer's instructions (about 3 minutes for me).
